Shipping your package

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 to 3 days after receipt of payment. They are shipped via Colissimo (La Poste) with a tracking number and delivered without signature. We use a different carrier for our chairs because of their size and weight.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Preparation fees are proportional to the shipping cost, while transport fees vary according to the total weight of the package.

We recommend that you group all your items in one order. We cannot group two orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Packages are amply sized and your items are properly protected.
