Terms of Sales
The General Conditions of Sale are subject to French law and the European or international framework.
1 - Return and Refund Policy:
1-1 Cancellation of order and product exchange
The buyer has a right to cancel his order of 14 days following the day of receipt of the order. The buyer must pay a return item if applicable. After this time, you will not be able to cancel your order or exchange it.
We will refund the full price of the canceled items in this period of 14 days and the delivery costs if it has not been done by us. If the order has already been sent, we do not refund the delivery costs (shipping and / or return) which are therefore the responsibility of the customer.
We grant a right to exchange products within 14 days. This concerns a change of color or size for the same product or the exchange with a similar product of identical or different price. The shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will contact you upon receipt of your request for the terms of refund or additional cost.
1-2 Products Warranty
All our items are guaranteed 2 years.
The buyer can make a request for refund or exchange of a defective item for a period of 24 months from the date of delivery (2 years warranty according to French law). After 6 months, the buyer must however prove the nonconformity of the articles according to the same French law.
This legal warranty does not include normal wear or misuse of the items.
1-3 Exchange and refund of non-compliant items (damaged or erroneous)
Items not complying with the order are exchangeable or refundable according to the choice of the customer (and this by Paypal, check and bank transfer).
The cost of returning non-compliant items is cordially refunded to the customer up to the initial shipping costs (Colissimo rates in force).
In case of dispute over the compensation requested by the buyer in case of non-compliance of the product received, the seller may legally enforce the simple and full refund of the product with return of the goods at the expense of the buyer.
Items subject to a return for non-compliance (defective, bad item ...) are examined by us before proceeding to replace or refund according to the choice of the customer.

1-5 Upon receipt of delivery
The buyer is respectfully bound to make the deliveryman notice any deterioration of the parcel at the time of delivery. It can request an immediate return without expenses to the deliveryman or the relay point by noting the deterioration of the goods in the parcel or any nonconformity. Parcel returns are the subject of a contact (email, phone ...) with the buyer to proceed with the forwarding and the proper routing of the order.
2 - Shipping and delivery time:
We treat the manufacturing and the order as soon as possible but we inform you that there can be a possible delay of 1 to 2 weeks for the sending of some orders and products according to their availability. The original Blue Chair can have a delivery time of up to a month depending on our inventory and custom plate engraving time.
We deliver our items worldwide from our online store.
The delivery price is automatically calculated as close as possible to the current Colissimo rates, including a low cost margin for packaging.
3 - Payment and order online:
We use PayPal's secure, immediate and automatic payment platform for direct order resolutions. It allows you to pay with your PayPal account or credit card without the need for a PayPal account.
Bank transfers or check deposits are when they are subject to a check of good sums paid before processing the order, otherwise the buyer is contacted. Allow 2 to 3 extra business days for processing these payments due to bank processing times.
4 - Copyright and Industry - Intellectual Property:
Copying, modifying or imitating all articles, products or contents of the Relais de la Chaise Bleue website are strictly prohibited according to intellectual property rights. The Relais de la Chaise Bleue® is a registered trademark and all the models of articles offered. It is however possible to request a customization of our articles by showing for example your name, your logo or that of your business or institution (hotel, restaurant, town hall ...). We manufacture them with our partners and in our workshop, they are original creations.
5 - Right of information that we collect on your orders:
In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to query, access, modify, oppose and rectify the personal data about you that we can collect during your order (Name, address, contact, products purchased, paid ...).
6 - Display and status of public prices or reseller:
Our prices are inclusive of all taxes (TTC) for standard customers and excluding tax (HT) for resellers. When creating your account, you can choose price access as a reseller by entering a valid SIRET number.
Resale as a reseller under the status of sales company is at free price. Deliveries to our resellers in France are free beyond € 200 and € 250 for Overseas France and Europe except for the original Blue Chairs whose delivery costs are higher.
If you need to change your reseller-to-standard account, simply withdraw your SIRET number (valid) or add it to your customer area to gain access to reseller rates. You can also create 2 accounts with 2 different email addresses if this is preferable depending on your order types (personal or sales company).
